Tool-less installation of door-part.
Door-part with pre-fitted and captive pin-halves.
At about 30° door opening the door can be pulled out, after retracting the pin-halves.
For door installation, the door is inserted into the frame at approx. 30 ° and the hinge pins are pressed in. (2.)

Frame- and door-part and pin: zinc die, black
Snap wedges: sintered metal, coated
Detent spring: spring steel

Remarks

1. Possible notching in the door for a gap of 2mm between door and frame.

Frame holes layout is also suitable for mounting dual hooks as on product system 3-170 or 3-910 shown allowing reversibility of door.

Fastening can be done with low hexagon nuts M6 DIN EN ISO 4035.
